Samantha McFarland (otherwise known as Sam) is married to a great guy who does most of the cooking in their home. She has four sons and two grandsons and works for the federal government as an auditor (no, not the IRS!) She audits mineral royalties. She wrote, "I have recently found myself with free time, so I am working on finding hobbies or interests - but don't have any at the moment. I am a "call it like I see it" kind of girl. Therefore, my reviews will be honest. Oh, and I should add that I am most intrigued with the ability to adapt the recipes. My husband says that's one of my downfalls in cooking. I prefer to make things work with what I have on hand, rather than go buy the precise ingredients. I am excited to join and have fun with everyone."
